Off-farm Investment Finance

This loan is designed to provide finance to existing clients for residences as an off-farm investment or for off-farm investments where non-farm assets are used as security.
Loan repayments can be scheduled over a term of up to 25 years. The loan is available as a variable or fixed rate of up to 10 years. 

Repayments are structured to suit the client's cashflow - monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly, half yearly or yearly.
