Benefits to Rural Finance Customers Participating Institutions What is BPAY? BPAY is a national electronic bill payment service that can be accessed via the internet. BPAY enables you to pay your Rural Finance account with just one contact with a participating BPAY financial institution (See list below). How do you use BPAY? 1. Contact your participating financial institution to make the payment. 2. Follow the prompts. Enter the BPAY biller code and the customer reference number from the back of your statement. These will be located beside the BPAY logo below the closing balance. 3. Select the account to pay from, either cheque or savings and key in the amount you want to pay. 4. You will receive a receipt number that you should keep.It’s quick, simple and secure.
