The Victorian and Commonwealth Governments have announced grant and transport subsidies to support primary producers impacted by the Victorian Bushfires commencing 21 November 2019, AGRN 882.

The support is available to bushfire affected primary producers in the local government areas of Ararat, Alpine, Ballarat, East Gippsland, Glenelg, Golden Plains, Greater Bendigo, Indigo, Mansfield, Moyne, Northern Grampians, Pyrenees, Southern Grampians, Strathbogie, Towong, Wangaratta, Wellington and Wodonga, and the alpine areas of Falls Creek, Mount Buller, Mount Hotham and Mount Stirling.

The support includes:

• Emergency Bushfire Primary Industries Grants up to $75,000
• Victorian Bushfire Emergency Transport Support Program up to $15,000 
• Victorian Bushfires Concessional Loans up to $500,000

Applications will be assessed in order of receipt against the eligibility criteria.
